How to Filter Hydraulic Oil in Concrete Pump

The quality of hydraulic oil is crucial to the reliable and stable operation of the whole hydraulic system of concrete pump made in China. As the concrete pump enters the construction site and starts pumping concrete, the hydraulic oil will be polluted by various factors, leading to impurities in the hydraulic oil and even emulsification of the hydraulic oil in serious cases. The oil filter completely filters out impurities in the hydraulic oil system, thus prolonging the service time of the hydraulic oil and saving the cost of replacing the hydraulic oil. It is also relatively convenient to use, only need to cooperate with three or four clean and empty hydraulic oil drums.

The specific operation steps are as follows:

First of all, connect the oil filter with electricity, generally 380v power. Then, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank of the concrete pump made in China is pumped into the hydraulic oil tank through the oil filter, so that the hydraulic oil is transited for the first time. Then, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil barrel is transferred to the hydraulic oil tank of the concrete pump again. At this time, the concrete pump needs to be started up and operated, so that the contaminated hydraulic oil in the whole machine returns to the hydraulic oil tank again.

Then the oil in the hydraulic oil tank is pumped to the hydraulic oil barrel through the oil filter, so that the hydraulic oil is filtered for the second time.

Finally, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank is recharged to the hydraulic oil tank of concrete pump made in China. The quality of the hydraulic oil can be basically guaranteed by pumping the hydraulic oil through the oil filter for many times, and the replacement of the hydraulic oil will be considered until the next replacement cycle, thus greatly saving expenses.
